Project Recruiter
Scope of Position:
Recruit Chick-fil-A Operators and Support Center staff to serve on Lifeshape projects to support Lifeshape’s strategic priorities to carry out the purpose and mission of the organization. Grow and develop the Global Neighors Program to carry out the purpose and mission of the organization.
Reports to: Recruiting Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct project specific recruitment for Lifeshape and Global Neighbor projects that fulfill our mission and purpose, with an emphasis on recruiting Chick-fil-A Operators and Staff to serve on projects. This includes growing and maintaining networks at Chick-fil-A to increase the pool of potential participants. (50%)
2. Coordinate Lifeshape's Global Neighbor initiative 1) to increase the awareness of Chick-fil-A Support Center staff, Operators, and restaurant leaders of the presence and needs of first-generation international immigrants in their respective communities; and 2) to promote participation in Lifeshape's international projects. (10%)
3. Liaise with the Strategic Advance team to facilitate the proper matching of interested persons to projects. (10%)
4. Ensure systems, processes, and tools are used effectively to inventory the passions, talents, and skills of our participants and leverage these in support of our mission and partners. This includes maintaining and updating CRM data in Salesforce. (10%)
5. Support the Director of Relationships by raising awareness of and participation with Lifeshape, including preparing and delivering presentations for Operators, Restaurant Leaders, and Chick-fil-A Corporate departments. (10%)
6. Create and maintain a vetting system that appropriately scans each participant to properly match viability for successful project participation. (5%)
7. Attend Chick-fil-A Staff and Operator meetings to promote and recruit for projects, including regional meetings. (5%)
Requirements:
1. An evangelical believer committed to Christian service consistent with our organizational purpose and beliefs who is actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis.
2. Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in marketing, communication, business administration, or related field.
3. Strong communication skills including one-on-one conversations, small group facilitation, presentation, public speaking, and writing in a manner consistent with our organizational purpose and beliefs.
4. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, including skill in building and maintaining a network of relationships to facilitate project recruiting.
5. Strong project management skills capable of orchestrating and coordinating many tasks and functions to a successful end.
6. Exceptional professionalism at all levels with the ability to anticipate needs and challenges and respond in a manner consistent with our organizational purpose and beliefs.
7. Ability to work independently and as a strong team player under time pressures without loss of poise, grace, or humor.
8. Travel requirement: 20%.
