Change Management Lead

Scope of Position:

 

Identify and implement ways to solve organizational issues or improve the quality of services being offered, including using technology, program development, or process redesign. 

Reports to: Change Management Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate various change management strategies and initiatives throughout Impact 360.
  • Engage with Impact 360 Institute departments and teams to understand needs and requirements, make recommendations, and implement solutions. 
  • Proactively identify, recommend, and implement improvements, optimization, and automation opportunities within current organizational systems.
  • Research potential new systems for organizational improvement and build new systems and processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet the requirements and provide a positive user experience.
  • Collaborate with developers during the development cycle to test and ensure the solution will meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. Facilitate user acceptance testing, document user feedback, and manage change requests.
  • Produce process flows, project charters, and any other types of documentation necessary to effectively convey existing processes, future needs, and change management strategies.
  • Provide secondary advisory administrative support to various systems and tools such as Salesforce, Rippling, and Office 365.

Requirements:

  • An evangelical believer committed to Christian service consistent with our organizational purpose, mission, and beliefs who is actively involved in a Christian church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of associated work experience, with 3+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Experience designing and developing data analysis tools, dashboards, and reports.
  • Detailed analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Exceptional professionalism with the ability to anticipate organizational needs and challenges and respond in a manner consistent with our organizational purpose and beliefs. Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations, make rational decisions, and take effective action.
  • Knowledge, training, and experience in organizational systems, processes, and project management. Skill in organizing tasks, and achieving goals and objectives.
  • Strong communication skills including one-on-one conversations, small group facilitation, and writing in a manner consistent with our organizational purpose and beliefs. 
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships. Ability to work independently and as a strong team player under time pressures without loss of poise, grace, or humor.
